“Buyer” “customer” refers to the person or organization placing the order.

Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the Website.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be deemed to have taken effect when posted on website and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

The Company is not the manufacturer of the Products sold via the Website. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.

We do our best to ensure that all descriptions of products to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of company. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant the Printing quality of Customization services (Color Print, Engrave & Hot Stamping) of any products, services, information, or other material purchased by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ORDER PROCESS

The website hosts a service that allows a user to select a product(s) from a list of available products, customize the product(s), make an order, and receive the order Via delivery.

The Company reserves the right to amend User submissions for all products in order to optimize its design during printing. Should there need to be a significant amendment, the order will be placed on hold and the Buyer will be notified of the issue.

The Company has made every effort to ensure that the Site accurately presents the colors and designs that the User has selected. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual colors and final look of the product will be the exact same as what the User’s phone, computer, or screen displays.

This Term also applies to the materials used in the printing process. All materials and printing are of industry standards.

The Company will not be held liable for order or delivery failures that are due to reasons outside of their control.

1. Product Availability
1.1. Market Availability: All smart devices listed on our website are subject to market availability. Due to fluctuating demand and supply conditions, there may be instances where the product you order is unavailable or out of stock.

1.2. Product Updates: We strive to keep our product inventory up-to-date. However, there may be delays in updating stock availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if the product becomes unavailable.

1.3. Right to Cancel: If a product is no longer available after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, you will be notified via email, and any payments made will be refunded.

ACCURACY OF COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors or our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We will have no liability (whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit, or otherwise) as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you.

CUSTOMIZED CONTENT

You can add your own text, artworks, photos, images or be as creative as you like (“Customized Content”). By uploading the Customized Content for use on the custom-made products, you hereby represent, guarantee and declare that your content does not infringe any laws, regulations and any other third party’s intellectual property and any other rights.

We reserve the rights to not proceed with any content, and cancel any order, which (a) infringes or may infringe third party trademarks, copyrights, any other intellectual property or other rights; (b) is, or is suspected to be, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene or could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation.

PAYMENT

We take payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant Products, payment method (k-net – visa – Master card) In the event that we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or call and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products

CANCELLATION

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

• Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department, we will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional.

• The Company reserves the right to decline to print an order should the design conflict with the values and principles of the company. The designs that are of a political, religious, violent, abusive, or sexually explicit nature. Orders that are deemed to be in violation of this rule will be cancelled without the obligation to give a reason for the cancellation, and without any liability to the Company whatsoever.

• Users who have their orders cancelled will be notified of the cancellation.

• If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Account by providing us your bank details No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
  
  

RETURNS

1. FOR REGULAR PRODUCTS

You can return or Exchange regular product (Not Customized)  within fourteen (14) days from the date of the purchase of the Products, subject to the following terms and conditions:

- All The Regular Products (Not Customized)  we sell are covered by our fourteen (14) day Returns

• The product must be unused and carry the trademark as it is returned within the original packaging delivered. You may note that refunds are made in the same manner as you made the purchase

1. FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT

 Once a successful payment has been made, the order will begin processing. At this point, an order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and changes may not be made. As such, it is incredibly important that the Buyer is sure that they have customized the product in the way they want.

Because all our printed products are custom manufactured for each customer and have no resale value, no returns are accepted except under the conditions stated below.

Defective products or products misprinted due to printer’s error will be re-manufactured and shipped regular delivery at our expense.

You have 7 calendar days to notify us in writing if your product is defected or misprinted. If we receive no such notification, it is understood the job has been accepted and that we have satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications of the order.

Misprinted products due to customer error are not returnable. This includes all work printed after customer has submitted the final design online. This policy holds true even in cases where we have made errors in processing the customer’s files. It is the customer’s responsibility to identify all issues not related to print pre-production including but not limited to copy editing, design, formatting, and file preparation spelling mistakes.

COUPONS & DISCOUNT

Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered

Each coupon is identified by a code and has different rewards. The user can decide the reward desired during the purchase phase whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the coupon.   

Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the communication

To redeem the coupon code, the user types the coupon code into the promotional box in the booking field of the websites and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If the user fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of purchase.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

Any complaints about items should be submitted to our support team. Each case will be looked at individually.

Any dispute or claim relating to any products or services sold or distributed by company or through company will be resolved by binding arbitration.

LANGUAGE

These Website Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the English text will prevail.

PRIVACY POLICIES

Your privacy is important to us in regards to how information about your order is used and shared.

All of the third parties that work together in processing your order have stringent confidentiality and security measures and are committed to preventing the misuse of your personal information.

Please note that any credit or debit card details collected from you will not be stored, sold, leased, rented or shared to any third parties. This information is not even available to our staff, even if we wanted access to it.

To fulfill our obligations to you under these Terms, we may wish to communicate with you by email, text messages, Calls and/or by posting notices on the Website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing. 

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Company respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.
