RETURN AND REFUND
A) FOR REGULAR PRODUCTS
You can return or Exchange regular product (Not Customized) within fourteen (14) days from the date of the purchase of the Products, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All The Regular Products (Not Customized) we sell are covered by our fourteen (14) day Returns
• The product must be Sealed ,unused and carry the trademark as it is returned within the original packaging delivered. You may note that refunds are made in the same manner as you made the purchase

Therefore, it is the Customer’s sole responsibility to check the Products carefully at the time of delivery before they are unpacked, used or installed.

We may reject the return or exchange of the Products that are not in their original condition at the delivery time, saleable and merchantable whether due to the Products’ nature or the way they are packaged or wrapped or otherwise.

We may reject the return or exchange of any Products sold under discount or promotional sales. we reserve the right of not accepting the return or exchange of certain Products, even if they comply with the above rules, that come in contact with the skin or it is considered sensitive such as such as digital cards, games, software, CDs, inks, toys, personal care products, watches, food items, beauty products, undergarments or as per the applicable laws. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, we may accept to replace such Products in case of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the specifications under the applicable laws.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

B) FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT

Once a successful payment has been made, the order will begin processing. At this point, an order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and changes may not be made. As such, it is incredibly important that the Buyer is sure that they have customized the product in the way they want.

Because all our printed products are custom manufactured for each customer and have no resale value, no returns are accepted except under the conditions stated below.
Defective products or products misprinted due to printer’s error will be re-manufactured and shipped regular delivery at our expense.
You have 7 calendar days to notify us in writing if your product is defected or misprinted. If we receive no such notification, it is understood the job has been accepted and that we have satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications of the order.

Misprinted products due to customer error are not returnable. This includes all work printed after customer has submitted the final design online. This policy holds true even in cases where we have made errors in processing the customer’s files. It is the customer’s responsibility to identify all issues not related to print pre-production including but not limited to copy editing, design, formatting, and file preparation spelling mistakes.
